Medigroup International DWC LLC is a Pharmaceutical Trading Company located in Dubai, UAE. We specialize in the export of products manufactured in India to our clients who are primarily mainstream NGO’s, Governmental Procurement Agencies principally in Africa, Asia and the Middle East as well as pharmaceutical wholesalers worldwide.
Our mission is to provide quality pharmaceutical products which meet internationally recognised standards during manufacturing (GMP), and which conform to Good Distribution Practice (GDP), to ensure our customers receive safe and effective medicines at competitive prices.
The company purchases the pharmaceuticals directly from the manufacturers or from the manufacturer’s officially appointed distributor with the help of our multilinguistic team of professionals who are fluent in English, Hindi and most regional languages. This gives us the edge to be able to communicate with suppliers or customer’s own culture and needs.
We use approved warehousing facilities operated by internationally known companies to ensure that the pharmaceuticals are stored and transported in temperature-controlled environment, with continuous monitoring ability right up to the products’ destination.
Quality for us is much more than warehouse setup and chain of supply, we believe quality should be a constant process within every transaction: from purchasing from suppliers to providing service to clients. Quality should apply to our internal company communications between employees and onwards to all our customers and partners.
