Our objective is to procure medicinal products on your behalf in the most effective way; we simply get you the stock you need, e ciently and transparently. We only work with regulated manufactures and wholesalers where due diligence has been undertaken.
We will manage the order from beginning to end and facilitate the entire process to ensure a maximum percentage return. We have clear channels of communication and rely on retaining confidentiality of our clients during all stages of the Procurement Chain.
In collaboration with you, we will define the service levels, the scope of work and the reporting formats you desire. This gives you full opportunity to be involved in critical stage decision making. We inform you of progress made by working to our model below.
Provide accurate quotes from approved manufacturers and short & full line wholesalers.
Once we have established suitable supplies we will place an order to ensure stocks are delivered in timely manner.
We will organise shipping of these lines to an approved medical warehouse.
Medicinal stocks are stored in a temperature controlled warehouse, packed and ready for shipment.
Each invoice is acompanied by a packing list detailing expiry dates and all batches for future traceability.
All products will be loaded onto pallets ready for instructions from your forwarding shipping agents.
